Why We're Expanding Our 100% Legal Non-Kratom Range
In recent months, there has been significantly increased attention around kratom, primarily in connection with new legislation in the Czech Republic. We have therefore decided to openly and clearly explain what the current situation is, how we approach it, and why we have decided to go the route of significantly expanding and improving our non-kratom range as a fully legal and long-term sustainable alternative. 🌱
Kratom License – We're Actively Working On It
First, it's important to say one thing: 👉 we are currently working on obtaining a kratom sales license
The new legislation is quite unique within the European Union, and from a certain perspective, its emergence can be seen as a step in the right direction. At the same time, however, it brings a number of practical complications that impact not only sellers but also customers themselves.
And that's precisely why we decided not to stand still and prepare for other scenarios as well. 🔄
Expanding and Strengthening Our Non-Kratom Range
In response to the new situation, we made a strategic decision: 🔥 to significantly expand and improve our non-kratom range. 
However, this is not a random selection. The non-kratom category with us refers to related plant varieties from the genus Mitragyna, which are not kratom (Mitragyna speciosa), but are botanically very close to it. We continue to work with these raw materials, both independently and in carefully composed blends.
What Exactly Does "Non-Kratom" Mean?
Non-kratom represents related Mitragyna species that:

⚖️ are not subject to kratom regulation

✅ are fully legal with no sales restrictions
Each of these species has a different alkaloid composition, different ratios of individual substances, and therefore a different character compared to classic kratom - while still maintaining a clear botanical relationship.
